1. Acceptance

By using moonshinetailors.com you agree to these terms. All communication is conducted exclusively through the platform ticket system.

2. Products & Orders

Ready-made products are subject to availability. Custom and institutional orders require quote approval via ticket. Prices are in AED and include applicable VAT at checkout.

3. Custom Tailoring

Bespoke programmes require sample approval, deposit confirmation via ticket, and agreed timelines. Moonshine Tailors manages production; Moonshine Trading LLC handles wholesale textile supply.

4. Returns

Ready-made items may be returned within 14 days if unworn with tags. Custom-made items are non-returnable. Open a return ticket for RMA processing.

5. Support

All queries, order issues, and account recovery are handled through the support ticket system. No phone or email support is provided.
